Kit 4 - Who Was, and Is, and Is to Come

Preaching Notes for Easter to Pentecost, April 11 - May 23, by the Rev Margaret Martin of Auckland.

The title of the series will become clearer but part of it applies to what we celebrate on Easter Day. The friends of Jesus thought he was – after his death on the Cross but the realisation comes to them through Resurrection events that he is – but in a new way.

Readings from the Psalms in this series have not been commented on.

More attention has been given to the readings from the Book of Revelation.
