Here are some key questions for your parish or presbytery/UDC to consider about Leadership in relation to your own situation. If you'd like help in setting up a discussion session, please contact one of the resource people or one of the Mission Resource Team.

  1. Vision
    "Who are the people of vision in your parish or presbytery/UDC and are they in positions of leadership?"
  2. Accountability
    "In what ways can we demonstrate accountability for the leadership we offer?"
  3. Character
    "In what practical ways can we encourage the formation of Christ-like character?"
  4. Variety
    "What people from your parish or presbytery/UDC offer leadership either within the church or the wider community? How are these leaders supported and encouraged by:
    a. the ordained ministry?
    b. the session or parish council?"
