Feedback from Tutahi Tatou 2003

7 November 2003

Contents

Dear Participant

In September 03 over 300 members of our Church met with Council of Assembly, its policy groups and the Service Team in five regional Tutahi Tatou workshops. Dialogue about policy development in the year between Assemblies was the focus of these extremely productive and helpful events.

At Tutahi Tatou (let us stand together) we emphasised the wholeness of the church - a body in which all parts contribute to the well being of others and all are affected by the situation of others. The importance of healthy congregations as the focus for mission was well recognised as were the roles of presbyteries.

Overall people attended expressed a high level of satisfaction about the day and the opportunity to have dialogue on policy issues. The Council also picked up areas where we can improve the events. Policy groups took away essential feedback that will help them shape key policy directions. Reports on the main trends in feedback are included below.

Whether you attended, or registered for remote information, thank you for your contribution. The dialogue across our Church was strengthened and we hope this will trend continue.
