Sham Luk Ts'un is pictured here (at right) beside his traditionally styled sod hut. Windows were rarely included as being extremely superstitious, the Chinese considered that "bad luck would fly in and good luck fly out." Beside Sham Luk Ts'un is Rev. William Mawson, a Missionary in training for China, and we believe, Rev. Don's 3 children.
