Item Description : This file contains copies of bound and unbound minutes of the New Hebrides Presbyterian Mission Annual Synod Meetings.

NB : Extracts of Synod meetings appear in inwards correspondence (New Hebrides). New Hebrides Annual Synod Reports for 1892, 1893, 1894, 1896, 1899 & 1900 can be found bound in book "New Hebrides Mission" (Reference 266.96) in the Presbyterian Church Archives Library.

Major Topics Include : allocation of districts; finance; memorial minutes; French hostility (1915); teacher salaries (1915); need for hospital on Ambrim (1915); rationalization of written native language (1935); non-proselytising of natives under Presbyterian Church Care (1935); budgets; field reports; health.
