Rev John (Jack) M. McKenzie joined the Canton Villages Mission as an Evangelist in 1923. He returned to New Zealand in 1935 due to the health of his wife, Catherine (Kate) A. McKenzie (refer seperate file) and resigned from the mission.

of his Foreign Missions Application and Medical Reports; copies of personal
and official letters and correspondence; reports of evangelistic work in
China; deputation work; registration of mission schools (1930) and Gov't
Regulations for Private Schools (1929); medical report for John Kirk MacKenzie;
