The Cambridge Union Parish Women’s Fellowship
meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month for a business and social gathering.
Annually raising funds for each year’s ‘Special Project’ with other donations going towards Jaghadri, Helena Goldie, the Air Ambulance, Turakina and other worthy causes. Some of our members knit for Operation Cover-Up and others prepare buttons etc for the Opportunity Shop at our monthly Craft Group.
For the Special Project 2009 we raised $950 via church members individual donations, Women’s Fellowship donation and a donation from our Opportunity Shop.
We close each year with a social meeting and we began this year, 2010, having our meeting at a country side home with a shared lunch.
