Master of Knox College announces retirement
The Council of Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand advises that Bruce Aitken has decided to retire from the position of Master of Knox College.
Bruce has made an important contribution to the life of Knox College over his 17 years in this position and an opportunity to acknowledge his service and thank him will be arranged in due course.
A copy of a press release from Bruce announcing his retirement is attached.
The Aitken family will continue to reside at the Lodge until the end of October.
Jamie Gilbertson will continue in the role of Acting Master until a new Master is appointed to commence for the 2013 academic year.
