Refundable deposit required
The maximum time that can be booked is one week each year from 3pm Monday to 10.30am the following Sunday. A booking fee of $50, payable to Stephanie, is required in order to secure a booking. This fee is refundable on arrival at Glen Innis, but will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled or changed. Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, it would be appreciated if you would let Stephanie know as early as possible, so that others may be offered the use of the facilities.
Ministers with school age children (not grandchildren) have preference over the school holiday period provided bookings are made at least two months in advance. However others are welcome to leave their preferences with Stephanie who will advise if bookings are available when the two month deadline is passed.
Travel subsidy available for South Island ministers
If you are coming from the South Island the Trustees will be pleased to reimburse 80 percent of the Cook Strait ferry fare, once every two years, for yourself, your wife/husband and dependent children provided you spend a minimum period of five nights at Glen Innis. Please make your ferry bookings as early as possible to take advantage of cheaper fare offers and bring a photocopy of the ticket with you so that a refund can be made promptly.
