Drive acquisition and retention of high-value church partnerships through developing and implementing strategies to attract new partnerships, promoting Child Sponsorship as a premium product, and securing major giving partnerships.

Analyse Tearfund’s available data to identify prospects and use campaigns (fundraising and advocacy), appeals, tours, events and speaking engagements to form and increase the value of our financial partnerships.

Fundraising Coordinator (Church Team)
Develop and coordinate a portfolio of projects that support the relational fundraising activity of the Engagement Managers and help to deliver church-based events and campaigns.

Engagement Manager – Major Partnerships & Prospects
Effectively steward and engage major-value supporters, business leaders, foundations and trusts to cultivate long-term partnerships, leading to significant financial support to further Tearfund's mission

Project Coordinator
Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of relational fundraising events, campaigns, international visits and other supporter engagement activities for the Partnerships team.

Communications Lead
Effectively communicate Tearfund's mission and inspire support through compelling copywriting, adapting the tone and voice for various channels and actively participate in campaign project teams, while also developing organisational positions on key issues. Position Tearfund as an expert voice, building media relationships, and managing the ambassador portfolio.

PA to the Marketing & Fundraising Director (0.7 FTE)
This role is responsible for providing efficient PA support to the Marketing and Fundraising Director (MFED Director) as well as administration support to the wider MFEA team.
