  • Client Onboarding Manager
    As the Client Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team responsible for the experience and journey of CAP’s new clients.  To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, where you have been responsible for providing high standards of quality debt solutions advice and client care. Reporting to the Head of Client Services and working closely with our Service Department leaders, you will be a team player ready to play a part in enabling impact to CAP clients.
    CAP Chaplain
    Be part of an exciting new 12-month project to identify innovative ways of connecting volunteers with people on a journey towards financial resilience. These wonderful volunteers are essential to the mahi of ending money chaos in Aotearoa. As the CAP Chaplain, you’ll provide the emotional, social and spiritual support needed for these new volunteers to successfully outwork their roles.
    Digital Engagement Lead
    Want to help CAP to meaningfully connect with audiences in CAP digital channels? You’ll get to delight audiences and encourage desired behaviours as you develop, maintain and measure ‘mana-affirming digital content’… in keeping with CAP’s client-centred brand direction!
    Volunteer Manager
    Do you want to play a part in engaging Followers of Jesus in impactful volunteer opportunities? As Volunteer Manager you will be responsible for shaping and outworking a new volunteer strategy which focuses on volunteer engagement, training, and capability-building.
