Item Description : This bound volume contains a correspondence file/register in 2 parts, compiled by Rev A. Don, the missions secretary outwards correspondence includes letters written by Rev. W Hewitson, the Foreign Missions Committee Convener.  Sequential numbering restarts at commencement of each new year.

The first part contains an inwards correspondence index in date received order listed retrospectively to Feb 1913, a sequential number, folder filed in, name of writer and location, subject matter/key words and date answered.

The second part contains an outwards correspondence index in date sent order commencing in April 1914 information listed includes date written; subject matter/key-words, folder copy filed in, writer's initials, postage amount and sequential number.
