The Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand is seeking a Presbyterian Church Schools’ Resource Office Director to serve and strengthen the relationship between the Church and Presbyterian Church schools affiliated to and associated with the PCANZ.
 
This permanent part-time role will focus on strengthening Presbyterian special character within schools through advice, advocacy, networking, resource development, and strategic support. The role will work closely with school leaders, chaplains, boards, staff, Presbyteries, parishes, and the Presbyterian Church Schools Advisory Group.
 
We are seeking a highly relational person with a strong understanding of Presbyterian theology, ethos, and special character, and the credibility to support and represent Presbyterian Church schools and the wider Church. The successful applicant will bring strong communication and organisational skills, relevant tertiary qualifications, confidence working with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to build trusted relationships, encourage collaboration, and support professional development and resource sharing across the school network. A willingness to travel to visit Presbyterian schools across the network is required.
