Contact us

Our Church has key partnerships the Presbyterian Churches of Vanuatu and Myanmar, and the Church of North India. We also have important relationships with networks of churches across Asia and the Pacific, and international bodies like the Council for World Mission.

Through these partnerships we respond to the call of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations and help to provide much-needed resources for Christian mission overseas. This also enriches the life of our Church through our mutual sharing and growing together in the worldwide body of Christ. The various links on this site will provide you with information about the current status of our Church's Global Mission efforts, and give you an insight into new trends and future possibilities.

Individuals and congregations within the Presbyterian Church are invited to enquire about how to participate in and support our work, by contacting the Global Mission Director, Phil King

Global Mission Opportunities for Youth and Young Adults

Occasionally there are global opportunities available for youth and young adults. Read the information below or contact Global Mission Director Phil King for further information,

Training in Mission

This Council for World Mission programme is fully funded by CWM, and open for all interested applicants aged 18 to 30 years old at the start of the programme, single and not an ordained minister.

TIM promotes leadership and service to the church and Christian mission, by providing opportunity for a group of young people from CWM member churches around the world to learn about mission in theory and in practice through classes, exposure visits, projects and hands-on work in various contexts for 6 ½ months. This could be an excellent gap year option, or an opportunity for someone who is considering a change of direction and would like to learn about mission and theology in a multicultural context. Applications for TIM 2021 will be available towards the end of 2020. Learn more

Enquiries to Global Mission Director Phil King.

  • Through the nurture and teaching of people in the Christian faith
  • Through response to human need in loving service
  • Through seeking to transform society
