Rhema Media is a leading Christian media organisation reaching Kiwis across New Zealand through radio, television and digital platforms. Our purpose is to connect people to Christ through creative, relevant and impactful media.
We’re looking for a proactive and talented Graphic & Brand Experience Designer to join our team from 13 April 2026 on a 12-month fixed-term basis covering parental leave. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll create and curate inspiring content that brings our brands to life and supports the sharing of the message of Jesus Christ across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Art Director and wider teams, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute creatively, and help deliver meaningful brand experiences that engage audiences and supporters.

What you’ll be doing
· Designing branded promotional and marketing material across radio, TV, digital, publications and corporate brands
· Creating engaging graphics for social media, web and digital platforms
· Supporting campaigns, promotions, events and brand experiences that connect audiences with our mission
· Collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative solutions on time and to brand
· Helping represent Rhema Media at events and conferences where required
About you
You’re creative, organised and practical — someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
· At least 2 years’ experience in a design role
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
· Confident communicator who builds positive working relationships
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Lightroom and/or Procreate a bonus
· Comfortable working some weekends as required
· Able to align with Rhema Media’s Christian purpose and values.
