Covid-19: Update on alert level changes how they apply to parishes

The Government announced there have been cases of Covid-19 community transmission in Auckland and as a result, New Zealand’s alert levels will change at noon on 12 August 2020. Auckland will move to alert level 3 and the rest of New Zealand will move to alert level 2.

Restrictions on gathering sizes will have particular impact on church operations. All gatherings must comply with the alert level rules and most importantly, be safe.
