Living Wage media release
Tomorrow a campaign to lift all wages to a living wage will be launched. The Moderator of the Presbyterian Church says, “It is shameful that those who do not receive a living wage cannot afford basic necessities”.
Ash Wednesday, 13 February

The General Assembly Office is experiencing a failure in our email system.
We cannot receive emails and have limited capacity to send them.
We found out about this problem late on Thursday and have been working since then to resolve the issue.

WCRC General Secretary's message for Reformation Day
In a message to mark Reformation Day, the General Secretary of the World Communion of Reformed Churches, the Rev Dr Setri Nyomi, says he hopes member churches and partners renew their commitment to being God’s instruments of transformation in the world today.
Submission on the Marriage Amendment Bill
The 2012 General Assembly resolved that the Church make a submission to Parliament not to proceed with the proposed amendment to the Marriage Act. Read the submission here.
Korean Presbyterian Church celebrates 100 years
The Presbyterian Church in Korea (PCK) is celebrating its 100th anniversary this week in Seoul, Korea.
As part of the celebrations, the General Secretary for the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC), Setri Nyomi, is in Seoul to mark the occasion as the PCK is one of four WCRC member churches in Korea and one of the largest Presbyterian churches in the world.
The first Korean Presbyterian minister founded a church in Hwanghae province in 1884 and the PCK General Assembly was established in 1912.
